You are warmly welcome during our business hours.
What is minimum order amount?
EUR 300,00 net in Germany, EUR 600,00 net in EU + Switzerland, EUR 1.200,00 net to all other countries.
What is minimum order quantity?
The minimum order quantity is mentioned as first selling unit for every item in our price list or online
How can prices be understood?
Prices shall be understood as net prices in Euro ex works Cologne excluding tax. Packing will not be charged.
How do you ship the order?
We choose the cheapest way of shipment with parcel service or forwarder.
Do you offer free delivery?
Our prices do not include free delivery.
How can I pay my invoice?
We are pleased to receive your payment by T/T or prepayment.
How can I pay as a new client?
As a new client we ask you to arrange prepayment.
Do you deliver on open account?
For customers with positive payment experience we deliver on open account. Payment must be made within 30 days.
Do you offer cash discount?
3% for prepayment, Nachnahme und Vorkasse
2% for payment of invoice within 10 days

When will you deliver?
Please mention your desired delivery date and ask our export service to mention the delivery time. It depends where you are located.
Do you deliver worldwide?
Absolutely, we deliver our goods to customers all around the world. For your information: We have experience in the export business for over 60 years, and more than 50% of our shipments go abroad.
